Negative: Terrible experience, I do not recommend this company. The manager is extremely irresponsible and has no proper information about the apartment. Regarding the parking: as soon as I checked in, he gave me a parking number, but this parking space does not exist at all. After that, he did not respond to my messages for three days. Only on the fourth day did he send me another parking number and said that I could park there. It took four days in total to resolve this issue. After check-in, the manager almost completely stopped responding. Messages can be ignored for days. The TV remote control did not work, and the washing machine was not connected. The manager does not know basic information about the property and provides no proper support. This is the first time I have faced such serious problems when renting through Booking. When I called and asked who the manager was, he said, “I am the manager.” So you can draw your own conclusions. If this is the level of management, it is hard to imagine how this company operates at all. Once you check in, there is absolutely no communication or help — you are left on your own. I strongly do NOT recommend renting from this company.
