Nice unit, disappointing host!
Negative: Very dissapointed from the A Living team. Zero responsive. Zero accomodating. I had an emergency and they didnt even care. All they care about is getting their money. ZERO consideration. ZERO trying to accomodate an unfortuate situation. They kept repeating "we will have to stick to our policy" with zero trying to understand their guest's situation and try to help in any way. Very disapointed from this robotic treatment with no emotional awareness and consideration.
