Worst host I have ever communicated with. Would not recommend them or stay again Positive: I liked the location. Negative: The bedroom has no usable light it was not working and the side lamp on the bedside table was obsolete. I notified them on the first day. They did nothing. There were no hygiene amenities. When I informed them. I came back on the last night and they had placed a bag of toilet tissue outside of the door. Overall the contact with one agent was useful. The rest of them were not helpful. No action was taken to help with the bedroom light. There was a glass table which you pass and in the dark can be dangerous with a large luggage bag on the narrow floor. I had to use my mobile torch to safely pass every night to walk to the bathroom.

Great Positive: Asim, thank you for your professionalism and kindness, you were always attentive, responsive, and truly made me feel welcome. The apartment itself was very clean and cozy, with a beautiful view and a great location.
