Beautiful building and location but disappointing apartment with lack of responsiveness to issues. Positive: The client relations person reached out ahead of time to ensure the check-in process will be smooth and that was a good first impression. The property has very good services in the building which made it easy to have access to good restaurants, bars, wellness without the need to leave the building. Negative: The apartment itself was disappointing. We booked a 2bedroom apartment for a work travel and with two occupants. After check-in, we requested for an additional key card since we were given only one which was not convenient for two people with different schedules. The client raltions person promised to address this and get back to me and I never heard from him till the night before check-out with no feedback or mention of my request. There were water leakages in the two bathroom and stains on the bedding in one of the bedrooms. I sent a meesage to the property management team on these issues as well as again requesting for a second key card. I received a response that an operations manager will be contacting me shortly to resolve the issues. Thats was the last communication I received and no one followed up on this with me. Our inability to use the bathrooms comfortably and need to mop water on the floor everyday, the need for me to cover part of the bed with another sheet to avoid seeing the stains ann the inconvenience of unnecessarily coordinating the use of one key (sometimes keeping the door unlocked which was unsafe), made the stay unpleasant. The lack of responsiveness of this company did not make me enjoy my stay. Even though I may like to stay in the building in the future, I will not book through this specific vendor.

Positive: Excellent service, the contact person was always available, I rented an apartment.
