Positive: I do not recommend dealing with him at all. He is not professional, not transparent, and his name is Kamran. First, after the booking was completed, he sent me a message asking for a security deposit of 1,000 AED. This should have been clearly stated before confirming the booking, not after it was completed. When I told him I did not agree with this policy and requested to cancel the booking, he said it was non-refundable and refused to cancel. Second, upon arrival, he insisted on receiving the deposit in cash, even though I told him I would transfer it to him. He locked the room key until I paid the amount, which forced me to pay through a payment link he sent. This behavior is rude, unprofessional, and unacceptable. Third, the cleanliness of the room, the smell, and the furniture quality were all poor and absolutely not worth the amount paid. I strongly do not recommend this place.
