100% Positive: fantastic location of the hotel 250 m as the crow flies to the view of Burj Khalifa With 2 tidal pools on the 65th floor want a hotel. I most appreciate the professional approach of Mr. Kamran, who was helpful in everything and made our stay in Dubai very pleasant. Negative: everything was fantastic

Disappointing. Not recommended Positive: Apartment was spacious. Bed sheets were nice. Air con was great. Negative: I should not have booked this apartment that had a title advertising the pool and not the apartment and a spelling error. The apartment and check-in were supposed to be 3pm, it was not ready until 4 pm. As a matter of fact, when we did go into the apartment, there were still towels on the floor. The apartment had no kitchen bin, had a stained tea towel, no sponge/cloth to wipe benches down, had a filthy dish sponge, no welcome starter pack of dish washing liquid, no starter pack of laundry powder, no hand towels in bathroom, had half rolls of toilet paper, below minimum complimentary shampoo conditioner and bodywash, iron cover was torn, clothes horses were broken, sofa chair filthy, had lamps in bedroom but they weren't plugged in as there were no plugs, only 1 key available for 4 people and the list goes on. I would not recommend this place to stay, especially if you're a family and like to keep your place clean and tidy and if you have some washing to do. Both bathrooms have a bath/shower, i HATE this option.
